Online buyers will from now on experience a low level of enthusiasm as far as newer
customers are concerned as online big players from India are planning to down discounts on
products . Ecommerce as it has evolved worldwide, Indian players like Amazon India ,Flipkart,Jabong
have been following the global pattern from the last half of 2014.They believe that as a part of
ecommerce maturity cycle they are bound to lower discount rates ( more than half compared to previous years)
and that customers loss wont be affecting the business as people are not much bothered
about discounts.
